Ooh la la! Claris had High Tea the French way at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour.
Ann exquisite afternoon tea inspired by Claris and her chic adventures! Featured were the irresistible treats created by the incredible Sofitel Pastry Chef, as their elegant Atelier restaurant wass transformed into a wonderful world of tea cups, French pastries, delicate choux and chocolate madeleines. High tea was served on Megan Hess’ specially designed, limited-edition fine porcelain plates, with matching cutlery.
