Bonjour mes amis! FASHION WEEK has just wrapped up for Fall-Winter 2020 and this season was no less INSPIRATIONAL than the last! With so much creativity, passion and inspiration in every corner, I couldn’t help but jot down notes on all of my favourite looks and shows, I hope you enjoy reading them!
NEW YORK
Who could ignore the absolute SHOWSTOPPER that was Coco Rocha at Christian Siriano?! Her whimsical yet rebellious and punkish gown stole the show. I definitely couldn’t help myself from cheering alongside Leslie Jones – you go COCO!! You go Christian!! Très magnifique!
LONDON
I think Riccardo Tisci is a GENIUS and this season he did not disappoint! His sophisticated tailoring and innovative use of cuts and details really elevated Burberry and British fashion to new heights. He is such an inspiration.
MILAN
My highlight of Milan Fashion week was Miuccia Prada’s powerfully feminine collection. She cleverly married traditionally “feminine” details like silk fringes and jet beads with more “masculine” pieces. Bravo Prada! Bravo!
PARIS
Ohhh j’adore the pretty, pink and posh tulle gowns that Giambattista Valli presented this year! They were so feminine, so french and so chic that I had wonderful dreams in every outfit for a whole week! My favourite details were the silver beads he used as oversized buttons.
